Where do you ship? How much does it cost?
We ship all over the world! Shipping costs fluctuate (and we have no control over that), but shipping one vinyl will probably run you around $9–$18 within the continental US and between $35–$70 to places like Canada, the UK, and Australia. You'll have a chance to see the shipping amount before you complete your order.
What are your shipping options?
For US-based customers, we offer Media Mail or Priority shipping via USPS. Both include tracking information.
Media Mail is cheaper, but it can be slow in transit and is uninsured.
Priority is faster and insured.
For international customers, we offer First-Class and Priority international shipping via USPS.
First-Class is the cheaper option for shipping a single record, but it's uninsured, the delivery time is often slower, and we've found the tracking info can be a bit unreliable.
Priority is insured, faster in transit, and has more reliable tracking. It is also often the same price, or cheaper, as First-Class when ordering two records.
What if I'm charged a local tax or tariff because I ordered something from you?
Unfortunately, due to the wide range of fees imposed by different governments on imported goods, we cannot be responsible for paying any additional fees resulting from shipping your order to the address you provide—including customs, tariffs, VAT, or any other government-imposed charges. Sorry!
What if my order arrives damaged? What is your return policy?
We typically do not allow returns. If your order arrives damaged and you opted for Priority shipping, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and photos documenting the damage so we can submit an insurance claim. We can arrange for a replacement to be sent.
If you opted for Media Mail or First-Class International shipping, unfortunately because it is uninsured, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
I never got my order!
You should have received a shipping tracking number in your shipment confirmation—try looking that up to see where your order is. Remember if you chose Media Mail or First-Class as your shipping option, it might take a bit longer to reach you.
International customers: Sometimes orders are reported as "delivered," when they haven't been. Typically, the package either arrives in the next few days, or is being held at customs and is awaiting payment of a customs or import fee. We suggest contacting your local postal carrier or customs agency if your package doesn't arrive within a week of its reported delivery date!
